Southwestern Ontario is one of the largest economic regions in North America. With economic opportunities focused on supporting Canada’s largest goods and services corridor, it is paramount that Southwestern Ontario’s infrastructure is up to date and leveraged to maximize the region’s potential.
At the core of the regional infrastructure needs is the implication associated with the ability to appropriately fund infrastructure. Southwestern Ontario municipalities are already challenged in paying for services.

To recognize the limitations of the assessment base through informed policy and financial strategies.
